What if I want to change a part of the arrangement or change something in my order after I have placed it?

Answer:

You can change your order, but we recommend to contact us as soon as possible, it means before we complete the order processing.

Will my arrangement look

exactly like in the picture?

Answer:

The arrangements can vary from those in the photos since flowers are living organisms.

Sometimes, we might change the colors, plants, or pots due to our inventory availability. We do our best to maintain the same style and color scheme, using similar or greater value items. Before we send your order, we will send you a photo to ensure that you are satisfied with everything. We give the utmost care and attention to your order to ensure that the arrangement is as similar as possible to the purchased item..

Question:

Can you deliver at a specific time?

Answer:

Vivaorchids.com provides flower hand-delivery. If you need your order to be delivered at a specific time, an additional fee will be charged, calculated automatically at the checkout.

Delivery — Monday through Friday, EST. Delivery is possible on Saturdays and Sundays with pre-order 24 hours in advance. Same-day delivery is possible in most regions (except the holidays) when the order is placed before 2:00 pm. We will inform you if delivery is not possible upon request. We are happy to deliver upon your request. Delivery depends on several factors beyond our control, including traffic in the area, which varies every day.

Our residential deliveries are usually made daily between 11:30 am and 8:30 pm, and business deliveries are made between 11:30 am and 6 pm.

How long do the orchids bloom?

Answer:

In the right conditions and with proper care, orchids can bloom indoors for up to 4 months. To find detailed information on proper care for orchids, head over to our Orchid Care.

Question:

What is a Return Policy?

Answer:

If your order is damaged upon delivery or you received something different from what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge. Let us know immediately within the first 24 hours by email with a photo of the orchids, and we will send you a replacement. If your plant dies within 7 days, we will replace it free of charge. Do you take cash?

Answer:

Payment can be made in cash only if you pick up the order from our shop, however, we accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Amazon Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.

Question:

I placed two orders by mistake. What should I do?

Answer:

We can certainly help! Just head over to our Contact Us page and use any one of the available methods to reach out to one of our managers who will be happy to help.

Question:

What if the recipient isn’t home when delivery is made?

Answer:

We will often leave the delivery in a secure area if the weather permits.

If this is not the case, we will leave a door tag and a voicemail. We will schedule a re-delivery at an additional cost once the recipient’s availability is confirmed.
