What you need to know when buying a gift certificate:

  • You can buy a certificate for cash, by card or by bank transfer (for legal entities)
  • When purchasing a certificate(s) for $400 or more, a discount card is issued to the purchaser with the appropriate discount
  • Discounts and promotions do not apply to the purchase of a gift certificate
  • It is not possible to apply a discount card when purchasing a gift certificate

What you need to know if you were given a gift certificate:

  • A gift certificate cannot be exchanged for money
  • A gift certificate gives you the right to purchase orchid compositions equivalent to the amount of the certificate. If you chose products of lesser value, you are entitled to contact us again during the validity period of your certificate and use the remaining amount. No refunds will be given on the certificate
  • Gift certificate validity period is 3 months from the date of purchase (date indicated on the certificate). If the certificate is not used during the period of its validity, the money for it will not be refunded
  • All promotions and discounts currently available in the store apply to the purchase of products under the certificate
  • Lost or damaged certificates cannot be restored

PLANTS

The orchid plants may vary. Due to shipping and grower variables. Cascading may not be available at all times, and the bloom counts will also vary. Orchid plants grow differently during certain season.

CONTAINERS

The containers shown will vary due to shipping and vendor availability. We will abolutely make your composition as close to the picture as possible. Example: if there is a "White" container, your conposition may have a round or square , but same color of equal or greater value.

We will create a beautiful orchid composition for you. We give the utmost care and attention to your order to ensure that the arrangement is as similar as possible to the purchased item.

Vivaorchids.com provides flower hand-delivery. If you need your order to be delivered at a specific time, an additional fee will be charged, calculated automatically at the checkout.

Delivery — Monday through Sunday, EST. Same-day delivery is possible in most regions. We will inform you if delivery is not possible upon request. We are happy to deliver upon your request. Delivery depends on several factors beyond our control, including traffic in the area, which varies every day.

Our residential deliveries are usually made daily between 11:30 am and 8:30 pm, and business deliveries are made between 11:30 am and 6 pm.
