What you need to know when buying a gift certificate:
- You can buy a certificate for cash, by card or by bank transfer (for legal entities)
- When purchasing a certificate(s) for $400 or more, a discount card is issued to the purchaser with the appropriate discount
- Discounts and promotions do not apply to the purchase of a gift certificate
- It is not possible to apply a discount card when purchasing a gift certificate
What you need to know if you were given a gift certificate:
- A gift certificate cannot be exchanged for money
- A gift certificate gives you the right to purchase orchid compositions equivalent to the amount of the certificate. If you chose products of lesser value, you are entitled to contact us again during the validity period of your certificate and use the remaining amount. No refunds will be given on the certificate
- Gift certificate validity period is 3 months from the date of purchase (date indicated on the certificate). If the certificate is not used during the period of its validity, the money for it will not be refunded
- All promotions and discounts currently available in the store apply to the purchase of products under the certificate
- Lost or damaged certificates cannot be restored
